Is it possible to arrange to have a vehicle either AA or RAC inspected?

Due from past experiences, we feel roadside inspections are a complete waste of time and money, vehicles really need inspecting properly on a ramp, not at the side of the road, although we are more than happy for you to arrange at your cost a full inspection at our local independent Alfa Romeo Specialists, where the vehicle can be inspected thouroughly on a 4 post ramp. Do your vehicles come with vehicle road tax?

Our vehicles do not, therefore you will need to arrange this yourself on the day of collection, this normally takes a few minutes online.

Are the vehicle features listed 100% correct?

The features on each vehicle advertised for sale on both our website and Autotrader’s are generally correct, although occasional mistakes can be made, therefore some features may or may not be present ie Air Conditioning for example. On this basis we would strongly recommended that any prospective purchaser relying on a particular feature/s to firstly satisfy themselves before entering into an agreement to purchase that the stated feature is indeed fitted.

Do you deliver any age or mileage vehicle without a customer first viewing it?

We are happy to arrange delivery at cost to the customer for vehicles up to the age of 8 years old and or 80,000 miles. Vehicles outside of this range will firstly need to be viewed before delivery could be arranged.

Do your vehicles come with a spare key?

All vehicles are supplied with one key unless otherwise stated.

Are your vehicles ready to take away on the day of viewing?

Once a deposit is taken, a vehicle can take up to 7 days to get prepped ready for collection/delivery, due to what work may be required, such as Mot, Service etc, so please check.

Can you arrange to have a vehicle delivered to me?

Yes we can arrange to obtain a competitive quote from one of our logistical partners.

Can I arrange a viewing outside of business hours?

We can sometimes arrange viewings outside of business hours, but you would first need to call us directly to discuss the possibility.

Do you charge a fee for payment by credit card?

We can accept most major UK credit cards up to a limit of £1,000. Please note that we do not accept payment by American Express (AMEX).

Can I arrange my own finance?

Yes you can, we hold a consumer credit licence under the FSA, (FRN 688468).

Can I extend the warranty?

Yes you can extend the warranty period for up to 3 years, depending on how long you intend to keep the vehicle.

What sort of deposit do you require in order to secure a vehicle and how long will this hold it for?

We require a £500 deposit, which is non-refundable in the event that you decide to cancel the sale prior to purchase. Once a deposit has been taken we normally hold the car for up to 7 days.

Do I need to bring the vehicle back to you if something needs repairing under the warranty?

Yes, the warranty we give is a standard 3 month back to base warranty, although you can upgrade to a Nationwide AA Warranty and have it repaired at any number of AA approved service centres throughout the UK. For terms and conditions, please refer back to our warranty page.

Do you hold a Consumer Credit Licence?

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in order to carry out consumer credit, our Firms Reference Number (FRN) is 688468.

How often is the website updated?

The website is updated throughout the day on a daily basis.

What does it mean when a car is advertised as VAT Qualifying?

These are vehicles for which the owner recovered the VAT charged to him/her at purchase. The full VAT element within the sale price is shown separately above for you to recover, if VAT registered providing the car has been bought for a wholly business purpose.
